A Marvellous Marriage at The Maltings

Amy and Richard had a splendid wedding at The Maltings in Ely. A wonderful venue in the perfect location, right by the riverside in Ely.

Amy pampered and prepared for the day in a private calm room above The Peackcock Tea Room, whilst Richard and his fine Grooms Men, Mum and Sister ran around The Maltings making sure every fine detail (of which I think Amy had designed and instructed) was just so, before the touching ceremony commenced.

The weather stayed kind for us to capture group photography outside, including the all-important confetti shot which was the wildest experience of confetti throwing I've ever encountered, but so much fun!

Amy and Richard enjoyed a lovely wonder around the riverside, Julbelee Gardens and near Ely Cathedral, a place of importance, especially for Amy, where she works (what a place to work!) which all made for some great backdrops to photograph. Oh, I forgot to mention Winfred their beloved puppy who was an absolute star of the show and didn't lay a dirty paw on Amy's dress, despite all the excitement.
